Job Summary
Lead strategic planning and analytics for Verkada's Sales Strategy and Operations, driving headcount models, sales forecasts, quota projections, and resource planning; partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot data, and deliver actionable insights. Build and manage complex models, perform quota and data analyses, and communicate outcomes to diverse stakeholders. Expect to own end-to-end analyses from concept to implementation, using Excel (and SQL/Tableau/Looker) to support data-driven decisions, with on-site responsibilities in San Mateo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup
- Advanced modeling skills with proven forecasting and financial analysis
- Excel proficiency; SQL / Tableau / Looker a plus
- Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to work with sales, engineers, and other teams
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA five days per week
