Job Summary
Equip customers with wireless products and facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and services through creative marketing campaigns. Observe sales reps, teach best practices, and ensure top-tier customer service delivery while developing and monitoring action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Prepare specialist reviews, pre-screen applicants, conduct interviews, and hire new employees with District Sales Manager approval. Manage shift scheduling and execute disciplinary action plans as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. This role offers uncapped commission potential with an average hourly rate of $23.00.
