Job Summary
Equip customers with wireless products and facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and services through creative marketing campaigns. Observe sales reps, teach best practices, and ensure top-tier customer service delivery while developing action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Prepare specialist reviews, facilitate new hire training, pre-screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage shift scheduling with approval from the District Sales Manager. Handle disciplinary action plans as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Join a Verizon Authorized Retailer with 750+ locations across 43 states offering uncapped commission potential and a base rate of $15.00 per hour.
