Job Summary
Store Manager role in Midland, TX for Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) overseeing retail wireless sales. Responsibilities include facilitating cellular phone and wireless service sales, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, coaching and training staff, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, hiring with District Sales Manager approval, conducting performance reviews, managing shift schedules, developing and monitoring daily/monthly sales goals, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, motivation, ability to learn wireless products quickly, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
