Job Summary
Equip customers with wireless products and ensure top-tier service at every interaction. Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and services, driving additional opportunities through creative marketing campaigns. Monitor daily and monthly sales goals, preparing specialist reviews and conducting disciplinary actions as needed. Manage shift scheduling, pre-screen applicants, and lead the new hire sales training program. Observe retail reps to teach best practices and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
