Job Summary
Store Manager for Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) responsible for driving retail wireless sales, delivering the best customer experience, and coaching staff. Responsibilities include facilitating sales of cellular phones and wireless services, creating marketing campaigns to generate opportunities, increasing knowledge of telecommunications products, observing and teaching best practices, developing action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals, preparing reviews, facilitating new-hire training, and participating in interviewing and hiring. Requires leadership, the ability to manage scheduling, and the capacity to motivate a team while adapting to a diverse customer base and a target-driven environment. Compensation includes an hourly base with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and advancement opportunities; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
