Chanel Canada is hiring for Sales & Stock Support at the Vancouver Boutique (Holt Renfrew) to support the sales team with administrative and back-of-house duties while upholding Chanel standards of customer service, presentation, and teamwork. Responsibilities include in-store customer service, assisting on the shop floor, greeting clients, presenting new collections, packaging and gift wrapping, documenting messages for Fashion Advisors, coordinating with Head Office, inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts), back-office cleanliness, and prep of Cash and Wrap stations. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory integrity, interdepartmental collaboration, and support for boutique openings; qualifications include 1-3 years in retail operations/stock, knowledge of shipping/receiving, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English (second language a plus).
