Job Summary
Sales Staff will visually inspect rental equipment, inspect gear brought in by clients, and utilize excellent customer relations. Responsibilities include communicating service details, performing safety checks on the climbing wall, conducting orientations for new members, and addressing maintenance issues. Additionally, the role involves reception duties including answering phones, emails, and social media inquiries. Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and must demonstrate the ability to engage in various physical activities related to the job.
