Job Summary
Sales Specialist role in Inner Mongolia for Yokogawa's industrial automation and related sectors. Responsible for developing regional sales plans, expanding customer base, achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collections targets, managing client negotiations and signings within Inner Mongolia, maintaining existing client relationships, efficiently resolving client issues, and fostering long-term cooperation and repeat business. Travel up to two weeks per month. Must be able to engage with channels and major end customers, communicate effectively, and read drawings and technical parameters; fluency in English and strong teamwork are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 专业:工业自动化仪表、自动控制、机械等相关专业
- 3年以上相关单表销售经验
- 熟悉管理区域的市场环境
- 适应区域内出差,出差每月2周
- 具备良好职业素养、诚实守信、良好沟通能力、能吃苦耐劳
- 懂渠道、可熟练对接渠道商、终端大客户
- 英语能力,能看懂图纸、技术参数
