Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year (or less) training program designed to develop skills for commercial roles, focusing on the Customer Experience pathway that blends technical training in Banking or Customer Success with internships and job-placement support via YUPRO Placement. The program provides an educational stipend during internships ($525 per week) and outlines career growth paths including Financial advisory, Sales specialist, Product Support, Sales operations and analytics, and Patient Services. Participants gain product and service knowledge, customer-centric mindset, finance training, professional communication and networking skills, interview and resume support, and ongoing guidance to launch their careers. Required Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED
- eligible to work in the U.S.
- available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- not yet obtained a Bachelor's degree
