Job Summary
Sales Specialist in the Toyota Weatherstrip Sales department, responsible for professional level sales process support for TG North America and AMCs. Responsible for managing orders from customers, preparing, submitting, and negotiating pricing for pre-production and prototype orders, diligently tracking orders and quotes, managing open issues with AMCs and external customers (including ordering, quality, and delivery), coordinating cross-functionally on pre-production and prototype concerns, driving continuous improvement, and functioning in a highly collaborative environment with strong communication and teamwork. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 1-4 years of experience in engineering or sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in an Engineering or Sales function is preferred
- Previous experience in a Sales role is preferred
