Job Summary
Sales Specialist/Territory Manager in Structural Heart (TAVI) for the Bremen-Hannover-Münster region, Home-Office based. You will drive the sale and ongoing support of TAVI centers, develop tailored concepts and strategies for TAVI business growth, manage relationships with commercial contacts, purchasing, Controlling and clinical users, maintain existing customer relationships, actively acquire new customers, and support contract negotiations. The role requires a university degree or equivalent training, several years of successful sales experience (ideally in TAVI), confident interaction with diverse hospital stakeholders, structured, process-oriented work style, strong sales and negotiation skills, high willingness to travel, and fluency in German plus good English. You will represent Abbott regionally and nationally, with travel around 75% of the time; remote/home-office in the defined German region with offices in Wetzlar among other locations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschafts-, Medizintechnik o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Vertriebstätigkeit, idealerweise mit TAVI-Bezug
- Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern im Klinikumfeld
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
