Job Summary
Grow strategic mining accounts across WA and expand adoption of Cordant portfolio. Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through to negotiation and contract closure. Conduct customer discovery workshops to identify enterprise-wide opportunities in reliability, asset health, and digital transformation. Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned to WA’s Mining & Metals market. Build strong relationships across customer organizations—from site teams to C-suite. Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering, Product, and Commercial Operations to design and deliver integrated solutions. Drive commercial execution, including proposals, pricing, forecasting, and CRM discipline. Develop and manage partner and ecosystem relationships (e.g., integrators, distributors, technology partners) to extend market reach. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software, hardware, and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant discipline
- minimum of 7 years of experience in the Sales
- Experience in enterprise B2B sales within mining, industrial technology, reliability, or digital solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and commercial teams
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills
