Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Sales Specialist to support the sales team with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of products, pricing, policies, and procedures; participating in customer presentations and internal meetings; providing ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customers; processing and submitting sales orders and reports in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite; partnering with field sales and commercial teams to drive customer growth; organizing workflows for tracking activities and sales processes; coordinating with sales, design, and production to meet customer expectations; supporting trade shows and events as a representative; utilizing CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reporting; ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Prior experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is preferred; onsite hours are Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related roles
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
