Job Summary
Conduct thorough home inspections for roofing systems, repairs, and maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and company policy. Present findings and solutions to clients, explaining the rationale behind recommendations to ensure the best fit for their needs. Sell complete roofing systems, repairs, maintenance services, and the Club Membership program using the residential sales and pricing system. Maintain a 40% closing ratio for replacements and 50% for repairs, targeting $100,000 in monthly sales. Generate and manage 10 new leads weekly, complete necessary paperwork within a 24-hour turnaround, and coordinate daily work with multiple crews. Wear shoe covers to protect client property and maintain the company vehicle to maximum billboard impact.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management & organization skills
- Business and financial knowledge
- Strong ability to help others succeed
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to be on roofs up to 40 ft tall
- Ability to maneuver tight crawl spaces and attics- less than one hour per day
- Makes decisions with the client's needs in mind
- Supports decisions made by management
- Works independently without close supervision
- Able to think ahead, plan and prioritize workload
