Job Summary
Sales Specialist for Private Cloud AI, in a Hybrid role based in Budapest. Drives pursuit in designated focus areas, builds and manages the sales pipeline, develops and executes pursuit plans, and maintains consultative client relationships up to C-level. Works closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, position HP's private cloud AI solutions, contribute to proposals and negotiations, and drive deal closures and contractual renewals. Requires deep product knowledge, industry insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver value to mid-to-large accounts in the region.
Required Qualifications
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Directly related previous work experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota
- Extensive vertical industry knowledge
- Knowledge of private cloud AI solution selling
- Ability to engage with clients up to C-level
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
- Ability to collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams
- Multilingual or local language skills (Hungarian/Romanian) considered a plus
