Job Summary
Senior Sales Associate at Petco delivering exceptional pet-and-parent experiences on the sales floor: mentor and train newer associates, educate customers on promotions and loyalty programs, assist with merchandising, inventory and store operations, and uphold a safe, welcoming environment for pets and people. Demonstrates strong selling behaviors, provides knowledgeable pet care guidance, resolves customer concerns, and supports opening/closing procedures in a Pet Care Center with flexible, evening/weekend/holiday availability. Must excel in customer service, teamwork, and handling transactions in a fast-paced retail setting, with the ability to lift items and work around animals.
Required Qualifications
