Job Summary
Sales Specialist III in semiconductor distribution focusing on field sales to assigned accounts. Builds strategic relationships, identifies customer goals and profit drivers, and develops a business plan to drive revenue and margin growth. Leads customer planning and engagement, conducts regular business reviews, and manages pipeline and profitability while coordinating with supplier programs to maximize growth. Requires strong communication in English and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); 5+ years of sales experience and expertise in complex, large accounts with the ability to negotiate terms and lead cross-functional teams. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, and reporting to Avnet’s global sales ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- Sales experience in the semiconductor industry or with Japanese customers preferred
- Good English communication skills
