Job Summary
HVAC Sales Specialist for the HVAC business unit based in Sorocaba, Brazil. Responsible for sales in the HVAC segment, delivering technical presentations to clients, acting as the technical-commercial focal point for clients in distribution, transmission, EPC, and data center markets, and managing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure. Collaborates with Engineering, Installation, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to deliver optimal solutions, participates in tenders and negotiations, and maintains a structured Salesforce pipeline. Requires solid understanding of technical specifications, project scopes, and contractual requirements, plus proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Power BI and Salesforce are advantageous.
