Job Summary
Conduct world-class customer service by listening attentively, asking the right questions, and delivering perfect design solutions for home furnishing needs. Manage unrivaled product knowledge and technology to create ideal solutions for customers, while maintaining price cards and performing light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas. Achieve sales goals through big ticket top writer commission sales experience, building relationships based on trust and rapport. Participate in maintaining accuracy during order processing and follow-up, with opportunities for mentoring and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
