Job Summary
Sales Specialist (German/English) based in Munich to manage end-to-end auction consignments for The Collecting Group. You’ll be the dedicated point of contact for sellers and collectors, coordinate pre-sales to post-sales activities, build long-term relationships, research and assess market trends and valuations for collectible cars, manage the full consignment process including photography, and use Salesforce to track consignments and customers. The role requires proactive, self-motivated sales skills, strong negotiation abilities, customer-first mindset, high-volume outreach, and bilingual proficiency in English and German within a fast-paced, globally expanding automotive/collectibles environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Fluency in English and German
