Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and digital channels in Arabic and English. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call center, or customer service
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
