Sales Specialist – EPC/OEM (West Region, India)

Job Summary
In this role as a Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth in the Western Region of India by managing end-user focused sales and expanding customer relationships. You'll be responsible for delivering target order intake, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop market-relevant strategies. Success in this position requires a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6-8 years in direct sales, strong enterprise sales skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Engineering/Science preferred)
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in direct sales
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Willingness to travel extensively
