Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Eficode responsible for driving growth across strategic solution areas by combining commercial acumen with technology understanding. You will own and achieve individual sales quotas across designated solution areas, work with regional account teams and marketing to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities, develop proposals and solution positioning, act as a trusted advisor across solution areas, maintain pipeline in CRM, and support cross-sell/upsell within the Eficode portfolio. You’ll engage with customer meetings, events, and industry engagements as a solution evangelist, building relationships across customer and partner networks. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DevOps toolchains, and familiarity with large enterprise platforms; Swedish or Danish language skills are a bonus. Location is hybrid with possible offices in Stockholm, Malmö, or Copenhagen, with occasional travel across Scandinavia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or IT consulting sales
- Experience selling cloud or consumption-based licensing solutions
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate and close opportunities
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Understanding of modern software development ecosystems, cloud platforms, or DevOps technologies
- Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, commercially driven, collaborative mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams
