Job Summary
Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget while building strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups. Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals, then manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments. Maintain showroom appearance and organization, and support deliveries and store operations as needed. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
- Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
- Store Hours - Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
- Schedules may vary based on business needs
- Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law
Desired Qualifications
