Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for the Medical Business in Japan by expanding market share and developing new opportunities. Generate new business, manage the full sales cycle, and strengthen opportunity management using Salesforce. Acquire new deals and execute strategic sales activities while ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting. This role reports to the Sales Manager in Tokyo and includes 0–10% domestic travel. You must have a valid driver's license, five years of sales experience, and be a Japanese native.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of sales experience
- Japanese native
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel – 10%-20% domestic business trips
- 5年以上の法人営業経験
- 専門学校卒もしくは同等程度
- 運転免許証
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a medical device manufacturer or distributor
- Experience supporting surgical procedures in the fields of surgery and/or ophthalmology
- English proficiency (e.g., email correspondence and participation in online training)
- Experience working with a medical device manufacturer or distributor is highly preferred
