Job Summary
Represent Coca-Cola as the primary customer contact and execute all sales calls within your assigned geographic route. Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accounts meet merchandising standards while developing relationships with decision-makers. Transport and replace Point of Sale advertising, monitor competitor activities, and communicate account progress to internal teams. Meet or exceed sales goals and achieve marketing objectives across your territory. Maintain a safe working environment, perform required vehicle checks, and adhere to all company policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years previous sales experience
- Above-average math skills and ability to figure profits, margins, retails, and financials
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL
- Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Must be able to reach above head height
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to reach
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends and some holidays
- Requires pre-employment drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- Additional sales training or education
- Food and beverage industry experience
- Ability to learn Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn Margin Minder (or comparable program)
- Class A CDL (in locations where it is preferred)
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
