Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist for Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country, you will be the primary Coca-Cola contact with customers in your designated territory, responsible for developing and managing accounts, executing and closing all sales calls, maintaining inventory and POS materials, ensuring merchandising standards, and achieving sales and merchandising objectives. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, present sales data and business reviews, coordinate with merchandisers, ensure safe and compliant operations, travel as needed, and support company programs while meeting sales goals. The role requires excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, the ability to work with management and route sales personnel, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and alignment with safety and quality standards. Education includes a high school diploma or GED with a preferred 4-year degree and 1-3 years of sales experience; a Class A CDL is preferred in some locations.
