Job Summary
Sales Specialist (Chinese speaking) focused on account development and new business opportunities for Avery Dennison in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new programs and opportunities, supporting sales-target development and market initiatives, analyzing sales data and reporting, supporting ROI and forecast analyses, and assisting in the target-setting process. Requires ability to assess customer needs, strong negotiation skills, and fluent English and Chinese; proficiency in presenting data and in MS Office/Google Apps; ability to work within a matrix, multicultural environment and across markets. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-3+ years in related roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience
- Proficient in assessing customer needs
- Negotiation skills/experience in English, Chinese is a MUST
- Strong financial skills and business acumen
- Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning
- Ability to present data in logical concise manner
- Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
- Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps
