Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Hermès Chicago Boutique responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals within a luxury environment, organizing the selling floor to support sales and client experience, and maintaining inventory readiness (receipts, ticketing, EAS tagging, and VM guidelines). Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, CRM data management, collaborating with management on POS decisions, maintaining workstation organization, adhering to asset protection procedures, assisting with inventory preparation, and providing high-level client service including wrapping/packaging. Requirements include 2+ years of sales experience (luxury preferred), strong relationship-building and communication skills, multi-tasking ability, independence with teamwork, excellent organizational skills, flexible availability, and ability to lift 0-25 lbs. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $25.00-$27.00 per hour, with annualized equivalent salary between $52,000 and $56,160 depending on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
