Job Summary
Sales Specialist in a Lucid Studio responsible for guiding customers from initial sales engagement through delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for transactions, financing/leasing support, and final vehicle handover. Responsibilities include needs assessment, product expertise on Lucid vehicles, CRM (Salesforce) usage to track interactions and pipeline, desking and end-to-end order-to-delivery management, coordinating with Lucid Financial Service, financing documents, vehicle readiness, test drives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and active listening. Requires maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a high-achievement environment with an hourly wage plus uncapped commission; interviews begin December with start dates in January. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, with high school diploma or GED also recognized.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment
- Retail automotive sales and desking experience highly desired
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; High school or GED required
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer test-drives
- Ability to travel as needed for events
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a secondary language is a plus
- Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
