Job Summary
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key business and technology stakeholders, becoming the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while owning the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract signature. Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast sales activities via CRM systems, and lead commercial negotiations and proposal presentations for Business Applications and Managed Services solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a Client Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales role within technology services
- Experience selling Professional Services, Business Applications, Consulting Services, or Managed Services
- Experience in Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and Data & AI services sales
- Strong understanding of enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Consultative and outcome-based selling approach
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Existing network within enterprise, mid-market, or public sector organisations
- Relevant Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or industry certifications
