Job Summary
Conduct tele-marketing activities, visit customers, and arrange meetings to improve sales capacity for the Malaysia ocean freight market. Search for and build relationships with potential customers while regularly following market trends to take action accordingly. Improve relationships with current customers and work in coordination with Pricing and Operation Teams. Prepare weekly reports for sales activities and ensure accurate quoting. Requires proficiency in English, minimum three years of logistics experience, and familiarity with shipping lines and maritime logistics in Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics field
- Experienced in working with Shipping lines and other suppliers
- Experienced in sales of maritime logistics in Malaysia
- Having a good sense of market prices & potential customers
- Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude
