Job Summary
Engage customers on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, and confidently recommend tire solutions based on identified needs. Provide pricing, close sales, and build relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations including inventory management and reporting. Complete a fully paid training program before beginning duties. Join a team of 550+ sales professionals at a premium automotive dealership. Work a consistent 40-hour, five-day week with a base pay of $28.34 to $30.85 per hour and a targeted annual commission of $14,040.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
