Job Summary
Work as the primary customer contact to secure and maintain ship-to accounts while developing new prospects and signing profitable contracts. Comply with sales work processes for routine activities and report requirements, then leverage differentiated technologies to win projects and build customer loyalty. Provide timely market feedback to management and execute improvement initiatives for margin enhancement and price programs. Lead special tasks and support sales managers on coaching and development for team members. Maintain safety compliance across product delivery, storage, and consumption at customer sites. This role requires a bachelor's degree and five years of sales experience, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in either Science, Engineering or Business disciplines
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales or related fields
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
