Job Summary
Sales Specialist to grow Arjo's presence in the Queensland Aged Care market. Responsibilities include networking with key opinion leaders in the Aged Care sector within the nominated QLD South territory; leading conversations with facility executives to identify, grow, and maintain key customer relationships; identifying new high-growth markets for product lines; developing strategic plans and business strategies for new products; exploring new revenue streams and conducting annual market analysis. The role requires a demonstrated sales record with quota achievement, excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills, the ability to read body language and navigate challenging conversations, strong local knowledge of the Aged Care market, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce desirable). A tertiary healthcare qualification or nursing background is preferred but not essential, and vaccination requirements for aged care providers are noted. The position emphasizes growth, collaboration with customers and colleagues, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to exceed expectations in a healthtech environment.
