Job Summary
Maintain and enhance relationships with Construction Industry customers through face-to-face visits, listening to their needs, and advising on immediate repair needs, service letters, and product improvement programs. Conduct equipment inspections, technical analysis, and record machine status using Cat Inspect while promoting support parts and service offerings. Coordinate with parts and service divisions to support customer needs, analyze leads from prioritized service events to build call plans, and generate quotes for solutions. Log all visits and opportunities in the CRM system, manage customer information, and use key metrics to achieve sales revenue targets. Plan weekly pre-call activities to ensure effective sales coverage.
Required Qualifications
- SPM or Diploma in any field
- At least 2 - 5 year of working experience in the same field
- Must be proficient in IT with good command of Microsoft Office programs
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical thinking

- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
Desired Qualifications
