Job Summary
As a Sales Specialist focused on Account Growth, you will be accountable for building relationships and driving monetization of the Fresha platform. Responsibilities include meeting KPIs for monetization and revenue growth, converting partners to Fresha's payment solutions, and optimizing listings for maximum competitiveness. You will serve as a dedicated advisor to partner accounts, ensuring strong partner experience and engagement through effective communication. The ideal candidate should possess proven commercial motivation, analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement
- Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
- Ability to self-starter with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Partner facing role
- Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred
- Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to effectively influence
