Job Summary
Sales Specialist for Low Voltage Switchgear in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas. Build long-term customer relationships, identify and develop sales opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead management to order conversion. Responsible for sales planning and forecasting, ensuring profitable growth, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing and market development activities. Must have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 7–8 years of sales experience (2–5 years in LV switchgear), and experience selling to builders and contractors. Proficiency with SFDC for opportunity funnel tracking, MIS reporting, and adherence to organizational processes. Territory includes Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas; onsite work model. The role emphasizes relationship management, revenue and profitability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end solutions in the smart building domain.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Sales Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of overall sales experience, including 2–5 years in low-voltage switchgear sales
- Demonstrated experience in selling to builders and contractors
