Job Summary
German-speaking inside sales role responsible for turning inbound and outbound leads into qualified Gameplan Sessions with CFOs/Head of Controlling. Own the top-of-funnel, respond to inbound leads within five minutes, conduct outbound cadences via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify diligently, book qualified sessions, and maintain accurate CRM records. Leverage AI tools to sharpen messaging, adapt scripts, and drive a high-volume outreach (approximately 40 outreach attempts, 20 emails, 10 LinkedIn touches per day). Remote-first with flexibility; role emphasizes speed, qualification, and calendar-filled pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have: Business-fluent, C-level-credible German. The calls, the gatekeepers, and the market run in German.
