Job Summary
The Sales & Services Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support for all Comporium services and products, which include billing, sales, and service issues. The role requires responding to inquiries via multiple channels such as phone, text, email, social media, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics. Strong knowledge of Comporium products is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak times. The position necessitates a high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years Customer Service and Sales preferred
- Excellent computer, oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work under stress during high call volume
- Must be available to work 2nd shift, including every other weekend, holidays and inclement weather
- Able to work extended or overtime hours as needed
