Job Summary
Execute scheduled appointments at customer homes to inspect and service existing foundation repair and water management solutions. Build long-term relationships while recommending additional products to enhance original installations or remedy issues through established procedures. Perform annual maintenance visits, diagnose reactive service problems, and install purchased products as necessary. Adhere to safety regulations, examine installed solutions for warranty determinations, and communicate job status by submitting required documentation to the Service Manager. This role includes mandatory 3-week regional training with provided accommodations and offers a competitive base pay plus commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, non-restrictive Driver's License
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
- Ability to quickly move arms and legs
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
- Reliability to report to work on time each working day
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of proven sales experience
- Construction/Home Improvement experience
- Proven customer relations experience
