Job Summary
Attend scheduled appointments to inspect customer homes, diagnose issues, and perform reactive service or yearly maintenance visits. Recommend additional products and services such as floor support repair, encapsulation, and waterproofing to enhance original installations. Install purchased products, examine prior work for warranty determinations, and communicate job status while submitting documentation. Build long-term relationships and professionally represent the company across the service area. Requires a valid driver's license, construction experience, and comfort working in confined spaces. Full-time nonseasonal role with hourly pay plus commission, company vehicle, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of proven commission-driven sales experience
- Construction/Home Improvement experience
- Proven customer relations experience
- Skill in operating construction equipment and/or power tools
- Experienced in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of sales experience
- A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a nationwide background check
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
- Proven customer relations experience, with in-home services preferred
- Skill in operating construction equipment and/or power tools preferred
- Experienced in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (Service Technicians regularly inspect Crawlspaces)
- High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- At least one year of sales experience is preferred
