Sales Service Representative (Vietnamese-speaking) handles inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation services, explains company offerings, builds trust, and guides clients through the next steps. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, maintaining detailed CRM records, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and delivering a professional, client-focused experience. Requires bilingual Vietnamese and English, prior sales or customer service experience, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role is fully remote from Vietnam with US business hours.
Required Qualifications
