Job Summary
Sales & Service Representative responsible for delivering B2B customer service through the order process of PVF products, including quoting, processing customer orders, and resolving issues. Builds quotes that add value and profitability, identifies sales opportunities to contribute to growth, and proactively engages with customers using product knowledge to propose add-on solutions. Uses MRC Global systems to create quotes, locate products/materials, process orders, create vendor POs, and ensure adherence to pricing, freight, delivery schedules, and KPIs. Verifies AML/compliance for requested products, communicates status to customers, and collaborates with internal teams and suppliers to optimize the customer experience. Supports orders involving externally sourced labor, RMAs, and special invoicing needs; interacts with customers and suppliers professionally and with urgency to deliver reliable service. Required Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of experience in a dedicated customer-facing role, inside sales, and/or warehouse services
- OR recent completion of post-secondary education to include Technical/Trade School, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, preferably with studies in industrial or sales
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times
