Job Summary

Sales & Service Representative responsible for delivering B2B customer service through the PVF order process, including quoting, processing orders, and resolving issues. Build quotes that balance value for customers and profitability for MRC Global; identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive growth; use company systems to create quotes, locate products/materials, process orders and POs, and manage pricing and AML specifications; ensure on-time shipping/delivery, communicate status to customers, and offer add-on solutions to enhance customer delight and sales. Emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, vendor coordination, adherence to customer requirements, and contributing to safety, gross margin, and operational performance. Skills include computer proficiency, clear communication, presentation ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves frequent driving/travel and is performed primarily at a desk/computer, with environment supporting the company’s environmental and social commitments and green-energy transition.

Required Qualifications

  • One (1) or more years of experience in a dedicated customer-facing role, inside sales, and/or warehouse services.
  • OR recent completion of post-secondary education to include Technical/Trade School, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, preferably with studies in industrial or sales.
