Sales Service Representative (English & Korean)

Job Summary
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services, providing accurate information about available programs and recommending appropriate options based on each client's financial situation. Follow up promptly with leads generated through various marketing channels, conduct outbound follow-up and cold calls when required, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, update CRM systems with detailed notes, and track lead progress to ensure timely follow-up. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals while sharing feedback to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations professionally and confidentially
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management software
