Job Summary
Field calls expeditiously and efficiently to provide wow-worthy customer service on every interaction. Become a subject matter expert on custom orthotics and ancillary products by consulting first, then recommending solutions that benefit chiropractors, physical therapists, and their patients. Maintain detailed customer data with paramount accuracy, ensuring timely resolution for billing, technical, and unresolved inquiries. Demonstrate tenacity in upselling and follow-through while mastering CRM systems quickly. This role requires strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a passion for wellness within the Foot Levelers team.
