Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods for retail sale while processing inventory to meet production goals. Greet guests, deliver the brand experience, and suggest additional treasures with a professional, people-first attitude. Transition products to the sales floor, execute visual merchandising strategies, and recommend merchandise to complete transactions. Handle point of sale accurately, solve problems, and communicate with management and peers. Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety practices, and complete required trainings. This part-time role offers weekly paychecks, PTO, health insurance, and a 25% discount.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
- Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes
- Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold and dust
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
