Job Summary
Sales & Service Officer responsible for branch-level Sales & Service delivery, ensuring Service Excellence per SLA, handling customer complaints, supporting achievement of business targets, executing Sales Process in the area, and conducting KYC, APU & PPT processes, along with transactional workflows and adherence to internal/external regulations. The role includes participating in training/certification programs and coordinating discussions with PUK as needed to support financial growth and operational efficiency.
